We will send an email to our database to advise when registrations are open. This will likely be in December 2023.

These will be announced when registration opens in December. There will be a registration fee that includes accommodation, and a cheaper one without accommodation.

We do not offer refunds for registrations within 45 days of the conference date.

No, flights are not included in the registration fees, please book your own flights and airport transfers if required.

Yes, however you will need to organise your own flights and airport transfers. If you require a Visa Invitation letter, please email the conference organiser ([email protected]) who will be able to assist.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is included on all 3 days of the EPIC conference. We are also hosting a cocktail function on the Friday evening. If you have selected the registration level that includes accommodation, breakfast the following morning of each night of your accommodation is also included.

We encourage all attendees to attend for all 3 days of the EPIC conference. If however you are only able to attend on certain days, this is acceptable, however there is not a one-day registration fee available, you must still select from the options provided.

This is an in-person event only, we are not offering virtual registrations.

Parking is included in your registration at the conference venue. Further details on how to access the car park and validate your ticket will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, if you select the registration type that includes accommodation, this will be at the same venue as the conference.
